The pandemic crisis seemingly provides a sudden fast track to a future business world, one in which digital has become central to every interaction, forcing customers and enterprises further up the adoption curve almost overnight. According to the survey of McKinsey*, enterprises that are able to leverage things like design thinking into their new offerings during the crisis will enjoy significant first-mover advantage.

Design thinking is one of the most recognized methods for product and service innovation, which involves using systemic reasoning and intuition to address complex problems and explore ideal future states. Its human-centred approach focuses on the unmet, hidden and potential needs of the end users or customers. But it also helps make empathetic business mind of how enterprises are responding to the crisis, and evolving for the next normal in the post-COVID-19 era.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
