There are many reasons why some people find it difficult to speak up. Personality, culture, and human nature can all inhibit individuals from expressing their point of view. And failing to actively contribute may have a negative impact at both personal and corporate levels.

This workshop aims to enable the participants to have the confidence to voice their opinions in a diverse range of situations; internal and external meetings, face to face conversations, teleconferences and video conferences and to help them to more actively contribute as a team member.

This workshop will include:
• Recognizing the impact of culture, personality and innate human characteristics in determining willingness to speak up
• Building trust
• Speaking clearly and persuasively
• Reacting positively to criticisms and objections
• Tips: practical suggestions for immediate use
