What's On

Our workplace is a generational melting pot these days where we may probably be managing four different generations in an organization. Each generation has ingrained differences in views and perceptions on various key company aspects including work commitment, flexibility, rewards, and change. Within the same organization, a staff may be team-oriented while another may be fiercely independent; one may be motivated by rewards while another may be motivated by interesting assignments. Amidst such dynamics, it is important for managers to adopt the appropriate motivational approach so as to get the most out of each group and to minimize potential resentment, misunderstandings and conflict in your team.

Through this workshop, you will learn the key differences between each generation, and be equipped with practical skills to help you turn different attitudes and skills of each generation into powerful performance drivers for business growth.

Participants will learn how to:
• Practise a tool to build positive relationships
• Challenge your preconceptions in general differences
• Earn the trust of each generation through respect
• Develop cross-generational relationships
