Topic: “Global Talent Trends: What They Mean for the Next Generation”.
Using data-driven insights, Lam will examine emerging talent trends, workforce expectations, and the implications for young people entering the job market.

Topic: “Future-Proofing Youth: Skills for a Competitive Workplace” .
Lau will explore the challenges of the business world and explain how young people can equip themselves with the right mindset, skills, and adaptability for success.
