Ir Steven Lui, Technical Director, Traffic and Transport Planning, AECOM

Ir Steven Lui is a Technical Director of AECOM responsible for project management and delivery of Smart Mobility projects in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He has more than 21 years of international experience working in both public and private sectors on projects in the UK, UAE, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has served as Project Manager and technical leads in projects involving Smart Mobility and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), and has also been involved in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) / Low-altitude Economy (LAE) and Automated Vehicles (AV) projects in Hong Kong and in the region.

Steven is also the President of the Society for the Intelligent Transportation Systems Hong Kong (ITS-HK) and is also the Chairman of the ITS-HK Technical Committee Sub-group on LAE. Steven is also one of the Committee Members of the IET Hong Kong Railway & Transport Section. He has also been appointed as an Enterprise Support Scheme (ESS) Assessment Panelist for the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) under the HKSAR Government since 2021. He is also an Expert Review Panelist of Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech (LSCM) R&D Centre and a member of the Smart Mobility Technology (C-V2X) Alliance, and an International Committee Member of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA).

Mr Harris Sun, CEO & Founder, RaSpect

Harris Sun is the CEO and Founder of RaSpect, a company dedicated to AI technology for sustainable development in smart cities. He is passionate about innovation and committed to entrepreneurship. The company was selected by Forbes as one of the "100 to Watch" companies in Asia in 2021. It has received backing from several renowned venture capital firms and has won numerous international and local awards.

Dr Albert Wong, Partner, Public Sector Consulting, PwC

Albert Wong is a Partner in Public Sector Consulting at PwC Hong Kong, specialising in smart city initiatives, innovation and technology (I&T), and economic development.

With over 20 years of consulting experience, Albert has supported a broad range of local and international clients across both the public and private sectors. His work spans diverse business areas including innovation and technology, health and welfare, education, as well as media and communication. He possesses extensive expertise in strategic advisory and review, feasibility studies, and business planning within the fields of I&T and economic development.

Notably, Albert led the project supporting the Hong Kong Government in the development of its Smart City Blueprint in 2017. He also directed the development strategy for a Common Spatial Data Infrastructure commissioned by the Development Bureau, a critical foundation for Hong Kong’s Smart City ambitions. In addition, he has provided advisory services to several statutory bodies regarding the feasibility of their initiatives in the Northern Metropolis.

Albert is frequently invited to speak on topics related to smart cities, innovation and technology, and spatial data infrastructure.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
