Companies today confront persistent challenges, from supply chain disruptions to evolving regulations and heightened risks when onboarding new partners. To remain competitive, organizations must go beyond basic compliance – they need a proactive, intelligence-led strategy for risk management.

To support this need, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) and Dun & Bradstreet (HK) Limited are co-hosting a workshop titled “Know Your Business, Mitigate Your Risk: A 360° View of Trade Resilience.” Tailored for professionals in procurement, compliance, risk and leadership, it will explore how data, due diligence and collaboration can help businesses make smarter decisions, reduce risk and stay agile.

Andrew Wu

General Manager, Dun & Bradstreet China

Andrew Wu is the General Manager of Dun & Bradstreet China. As a key member of Dun & Bradstreet’s global market leadership, Andrew is responsible for leading Dun & Bradstreet's overall business management, operations and development. Since August 2019, Andrew has successfully led Dun & Bradstreet Mainland China and Hong Kong SAR in improving data quality, product strategy, corporate operations, exploring market opportunities, and developing localized business models to achieve corporate strategic transformation and drive sustainable growth.

He is highly experienced in the data, credit and financial industries with leadership responsibilities across Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dubai, Frankfurt, Milan and Jersey Island. Andrew has leadership experience in foreign, private and state-owned enterprises, and has successfully led a team in achieving strategic transformation, organizational changes and business growth.

With rich industry experience and a global mindset, Andrew has been invited to attend many top conferences, sharing insights on key issues such as digital economy, digital transformation, financial technology and credit system construction, including China International Import Expo, China Digital Innovation Expo, China International Credit and Risk Management Conference and Inclusion Fintech Conference, etc.

Before Dun & Bradstreet, Andrew held key positions at the top credit rating company and an international bank.

Andrew graduated from Renmin University of China and Warwick University and holds a master’s degree in management.  ​

Terence Chiu

Commissioner, Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation

Terence Chiu has had a distinguished 35-year career at HSBC, retiring in March 2021 after holding key leadership roles across Asia Pacific. In his last position as Head of Commercial Banking, Hong Kong, he oversaw a team of 3,000 professionals serving businesses from start-ups to large corporations.

Previously, he was seconded to HSBC China (2014–2017) as Executive Vice President and Head of Commercial Banking. Earlier leadership roles included Head of Global Trade and Receivables Finance for Hong Kong and Macau (2011–2014). Throughout his tenure, he built deep expertise in corporate client management, strategic planning, and business development.

Terence assumed the role of Commissioner of the Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation in July 2021 to continue contributing to the Hong Kong business community.

Alex Koo

CEO, Chevalier AOC Freight Express Holdings Limited

Mr. Alex Koo is a seasoned logistics and supply chain professional with over three decades of experience driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the global freight industry. Known for his ability to navigate complex international markets, Alex has led diverse teams and developed customer-centric solutions across sectors including aviation, pharmaceuticals, retail, and project cargo. His leadership style blends analytical precision with a deep understanding of market dynamics, making him a trusted figure in the logistics community.

Alex is deeply committed to advancing the industry through public service and professional development. He has held influential roles in key trade organizations, including the Hong Kong Logistics Association, the Hong Kong Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics (HAFFA), and advisory committees under the HKTDC and Transport and Logistics Bureau. As a frequent speaker at regional forums and academic conferences, he shares insights on policy, innovation, and talent cultivation, helping shape the future of logistics in Hong Kong and Greater China

Ivy Tse

Co-Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder, FreightAmigo

Ivy Tse brings over 15 years of regional management expertise within Fortune Global 100 entities, covering the ICT, cloud services, and logistics sectors.

Her career is characterized by her leadership in project management, client implementation and compliance. In recent years, she has focused on the development of digital international logistics and trade finance technology projects.

Recognized as a trailblazer, Ivy has received accolades such as the 2021 Deloitte Tech Fast Female Award and the 4th Golden Bauhinia Women Entrepreneur Award.

Since 2022, she has served as a committee member of the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, demonstrating her commitment to fostering innovation and driving sustainable growth in Hong Kong's logistics ecosystem.

Peter Sha

Director, Product Sales & Solutions, Dun & Bradstreet

Peter Sha is a seasoned expert in risk and compliance solutions, currently serving as Director of Product Sales & Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet. He leads business development across key sectors, including the Government (People’s Bank of China and Hong Kong Monetary Authority), listed companies, financial institutions, payment solution providers and internet-based enterprises.

With experience in financial, trade, and integrity compliance, Peter delivers comprehensive solutions that help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance operational transparency

William Liao

Head of Database Intelligence, Hong Kong Trade Development Council

Dr. William Liao is an experienced analytics and data-science executive with over 20 years of expertise. He has held regional leadership positions in data science, business analytics and customer experience management across the banking, insurance and retail sectors.

William currently serves as Head of Database Intelligence at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), where he manages customer database strategy, governance policies and value-added data services. Additionally, he oversees the Data Science and Customer Analytics teams, guiding the development and deployment of AI-powered and advanced analytics solutions that drive business transformation, foster innovation and improve HKTDC’s business and service models to better support Hong Kong’s SMEs.

Raymond Chai

Vertical Leader, Finance & FinCrime, Dun & Bradstreet

As leader of Dun & Bradstreet’s Trade & Compliance portfolio, Raymond Chai integrates data intelligence with policy and supervision to support secure, scalable cross-border trade.

Drawing on experience in blockchain analytics and AI for AML, he helps organizations elevate supplier vetting, sanctions compliance and third-party risk across global sourcing networks. Raymond serves as a trusted advisor to government agencies on applying D&B’s risk datasets to manage geopolitical volatility and enhance investigative insight.

He is also a frequent moderator and guest speaker for associations, financial institutions and law enforcement bodies on trade resilience, due diligence innovation, and public-private partnerships.
