Jenny is currently an Associate Director, Growth & Delivering Aon United, focusing on Human Capital Solutions at Aon, where she specializes in compensation and benefits consulting. With close to 10 years of experience in HR consulting, she brings deep expertise in talent strategy, rewards design, and workforce solutions to help organizations optimize their human capital investments.

Prior to joining Aon, Jenny served as a Manager at Ambition for over five years, where she led recruitment consulting and talent acquisition for clients across diverse industries, including Telecommunications, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, Hedge Funds in Hong Kong. Her hands-on experience in partnering with HR teams has equipped her with a sharp understanding of talent pain points and market-driven solutions.

Today, Jenny focuses on data-driven compensation strategies and benefits optimization, helping businesses attract, retain, and engage top talent in a competitive landscape.

Herman Fung, Chief Commercial Officer, Health Solutions Hong Kong, Aon Hong Kong

Herman Fung is the Industry Practice Leader for Financial Services under Aon Global Benefits, as well as the Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Hong Kong Health Solutions Practice. He manages an extensive portfolio of local and multinational clients, also he focuses on helping these clients manage their corporate health & benefits programs in an effective and sustainable manner.

A health actuary who is equally passionate in dealing with people and mathematical models, Herman has more than 17 years of consulting and commercial experience in the Human Resources and Insurance industry in the US, Canada and Asia Pacific. He consults to local and multinational organizations in benchmarking, design and funding strategy of corporate health & benefits programs in Asia Pacific and globally, with a strong focus on flexible benefits and corporate wellness strategy.

Prior to joining Aon, he was the Chief Commercial Officer in a Singapore based healthcare company, overseeing the Sales, Marketing, Partnership and Innovation functions.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
