We are delighted to welcome Wilson Kwong, a visionary business leader with over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, as our next guest in the “Dialogue with the General Committee Series.” Wilson will share insights from his distinguished career and his perspectives on the evolving air cargo sector – its challenges, opportunities and future direction.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), Wilson brings a wealth of leadership experience. Before joining Hactl, he was Chief Executive of Jardine Engineering Corporation.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a MBA from HKUST, a Juris Doctor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master in Real Estate from the College of Estate Management, University of Reading (UK). This strong academic foundation has equipped him with expertise across multiple industries.

Beginning his career in 1998 with the Jardine Matheson Group, Wilson held senior roles in real estate management and development before returning to Jardine Engineering Corporation in 2018. His leadership experience includes positions as Senior Asset Manager at Hongkong Land Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Raffles Quay Asset Management, a Singapore-based joint venture.

Wilson plays a vital role in Hong Kong’s development beyond his corporate achievements. He chairs the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong and the Logistics Management Committee of the Hong Kong Management Association. He also serves on the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council, the Minimum Wage Commission, the HKTDC Logistics Services Advisory Committee, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Asian Institute of Supply Chains and Logistics Advisory Committee. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, highlighting his diverse contributions across various fields.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
