Prof Iu Ting Kwok, MH is an adjunct professor of the Department of Law, HKU; School of Law of City University of Hong Kong; and Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He is also the first Hong Kong-based Visiting Professor at the University of Law, UK.

He is a member of the Expert Advisory Group on Legal and Dispute Resolution Services and the Working Group on Mediation Regulatory System, chaired by the Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong SAR.

He is listed by Doyle’s Guide from 2021 to 2024 as a leading family law mediator in Hong Kong. Lexology ranked Prof Iu as a Commercial Mediation Thought Leader in the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao in 2025.

Prof Iu has co-authored the Hong Kong Mediation Manual (3rd Edition) and The Annotated Ordinances of Hong Kong: Mediation Ordinance (Cap.620) (2022 Reissue)
