The Chamber is delighted to welcome Roy Ng, a successful leader across various industries, to join us at the April chapter of our “Dialogue with the General Committee Series”.

Roy is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Star Lite Group of Companies, which specializes in wholesale and retail of household goods, consumer electronics, decor and crafts. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and later completed the Hospital Management Program at Tsinghua University. This interdisciplinary program laid a strong foundation for his success in the healthcare industry.

With over 30 years of international retail management experience, Roy began his retail career in San Francisco. His holistic and global vision has enabled him to lead multinational retail groups and develop brands in the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific region. His retail business spans across a wide array of sectors, including fashion, skincare, home electronics, and upscale homewares.

Roy has made significant contributions to the business sector in Hong Kong. He serves as the Chairman of both GS1HK and the Investment Committee. To further support small and medium-sized enterprises, Roy actively pursues private equity investments, ensuring continued business growth and sustainability for the future.

He is currently the Adjunct Professor at the City University of Hong Kong in the Academy for Innovation. Additionally, he is the Industrial Advisor for the Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering Department and a committee advisor for the Biomedical Engineering Department.

This is an exceptional occasion to connect with one of our Chamber leaders in an intimate and engaging setting. Join us as we delve deep into Roy's fascinating experiences and life philosophies.
