Amy currently serves as the Co-founder and Managing Director of a digital innovation research and strategy consulting firm. She is also the Co-founder of Second Stage, a venture builder focused on nurturing social enterprises that can function as scalable and sustainable businesses to create a positive impact on society. One of Amy’s areas of expertise is social networking platforms. During her tenure as the Director of the Social Networking Design Center at Tencent, she designed gamification experiences for membership engagement, marketing campaigns, and community development using user research and data.
