The policy of tax authorities collecting corporate social insurance premiums has been fully implemented in Mainland China since November 2020.

Since then, many provinces and cities have issued guidelines to further strengthen the supervision and control of social insurance premium payments. These reforms mean that businesses must comply with stronger social insurance requirements.

To explain how the practice of tax authorities collecting social insurance will impact enterprises in the Mainland, HKGCC is delighted to have Helen Liao, Partner at Deacons, to discuss the policy at a webinar on 25 March. She will explain how the policy operates and discuss some relevant cases to help businesses understand the relevant regulations. She will also provide compliance guidance for enterprises that are doing, or intend to do, business in Mainland China.
