To fill the engineering openings in the job market, a gender diverse and inclusive work environment is called for. To help overcome the challenges facing female employees, corporates such as CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd and Thales Hong Kong have launched a number of initiatives to promote gender diversity within the industry.
