The 2025 Legislative Council (LegCo) General Election will be held on Sunday, 7 December 2025. Registered electors of the Commercial (First) Functional Constituency will vote for a representative to fill the Chamber seat in LegCo.
The Chamber will organize Town Hall Forums on 14 November (Friday) from 14:15-17:30 for candidates to meet with members and share their respective visions and platforms.
Chamber members are welcome to attend the Townhall Meetings for free. Advance registration is required, and a maximum of Two persons per company may attend. Walk in applications will NOT be admitted. So please register in advance.

Special Registration Arrangements:
• The Town Hall Meeting is limited to HKGCC members only, and a maximum of 2 representative from each member company is eligible to participate in this event.
• Owing to limited capacity, physical attendance to the event will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email from the Chamber. Walk ins will not be admitted.
• The decision to accept or decline any bookings shall be at the sole discretion of the Chamber.
Remarks:
• Substitution is allowed only with 24 hours advanced notice.
• Photography or video shooting is strictly PROHIBITED at the event.
• For orderly conduct of the event, the moderator will have sole discretion to pick members from the audience to raise questions. Members should keep their questions concise and to the point. |
