Mr. Victor Lam Hoi Cheung is the Managing Director of Active Works Company Ltd, where he oversees daily operations and manages marketing and sales activities.

Active Works is a premier business consulting firm committed to empowering companies and organizations through expert advice and tailored services. We specialize in navigating the complex landscapes of China and Southeast Asia, offering our clients strategic insights and actionable plans to achieve their business objectives.

In addition to his role at Active Works, Victor serves on the General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He is also the chairman of the Young Executive Club and a former chairman of the Industry & Technology Committee.

Victor holds several public service positions, including membership on the HKSAR Standing Committee on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service, the Advisory Committee on Corruption, the Travel Industry Authority and is a member of the HKTDC Toys Advisory Committee. He has previously served as the chairman of the Publicity & Community Relations Committee of the Consumer Council.

Furthermore, Victor is actively involved in public service on the Mainland. He is currently a member of the Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference and he previously served as a member of All-China Youth Federation.

Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
