We are honoured to host one of our most anticipated networking events of the year: the Cocktail Reception in Honor of Consuls General of Asian, African, and Middle Eastern countries in Hong Kong. Join us on 19 June at Hong Kong Club's Garden Lounge for an evening of valuable networking and knowledge sharing.

This is a unique opportunity to network with Consuls General and gain insights into the current economic developments and business opportunities in their respective countries. Gain firsthand knowledge about these vibrant markets and discover potential business opportunities for collaboration during what promises to be a very useful evening.

This event is exclusively for HKGCC members, with a participation fee of HK$430 per person, which includes free-flow drinks and canapés.

Dress Code: Business attire is required. Please note that jeans, denim, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, sports shoes, and flip-flops are not acceptable. Attendees not complying with the dress code will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued.

Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
