The Chamber Young Executives Club and Women Executives Club are jointly organizing a Wine Glass Tasting Experience and Chocolate Pairing Workshop on 24 September, 6:30 – 8:00pm. Come and join us for an extraordinary wine sensorial experience like no other! Victor Ulrich, Head of Riedel Asia Pacific will guide you on a unique and interactive tasting journey, where you will discover why the size and shape of your glasses can make a huge difference in your wine's aroma and taste. What's more, you can enjoy a special wine and chocolate pairing session to elevate the experience!

Speaker(s) Victor Ulrich, Head of Riedel Asia Pacific
Victor Ulrich began working with Riedel 6 years ago, and has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific since 2015. His passion lies in educating wine lovers about the benefits of choosing and using the correct glass, and how this can heighten their enjoyment of wine. Victor regularly hosts Riedel Glass Tastings around Asia Pacific. These seminar-style classes teach consumers about the incontrovertible effect that the size and shape of your glass makes to wine. Before joining Riedel, Victor had a distinguished background in the French wine industry. Born and raised in Alsace and educated in Bordeaux, Victor developed his passion and knowledge for wine while working at Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux (UGCB). He graduated from INSEEC Business School Bordeaux and Victoria University Melbourne. His career with Riedel started in 2013 as sales manager for Riedel in France. Victor rose through the ranks to become Riedel Country Manager France. Through the sustained successful growth of the business throughout the region, Victor was then appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Riedel Glass Works Asia Pacific, a group member which focusing on the iconic Riedel brand, as well as hospitality and beer-focused glassware brand Spiegelau, and gift and tableware brand Nachtmann. Victor is one of Riedel Glassworks' top international executives, and the youngest appointed (non-family) Vice-President for the Riedel Company. Under Victor's guidance, the brands have each developed their own unique place within the Asian market. The Riedel brand has remained consistent as a consumer favourite in retail and the brand of choice for sommeliers.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
- Participants agree to indemnify the Chamber and the hosting party all liabilities for property damage, physical injury or death in relation to this event. Participants are advised to take their own insurance against all risks.
