What's On

The Women Executives Club is organizing a cultural networking event for members to enjoy the music performance "A Soldier's Story 5.0 - The Devil Returns" at the Hong Kong City Hall on 21 September. Right before the concert, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a light dinner with Chairman of Hong Kong Sinfonietta Chan Yuk-kwan and two of the orchestra musicians as well as fellow members at the nearby Jasmine Place.

About the Show
In a fateful encounter with the Devil, a soldier is forced to choose between either his soul or wealth and glory. Will the temptation of such earthly pleasures lead him astray? Presented by Hong Kong Sinfonietta, Music Director Yip Wing-sie and choreographer Yuri Ng will once again bring this ageless anecdote of human weakness to life. Dance artist Chen Wu-kang reprises the roles of narrator and devil as he dances alongside three veteran dance artists in this award-winning, unique crossover production. Together with a dazzling performance of Mozart's Violin Concerto No 5 by Taiwanese star violinist Tseng Yu-chien and the world première of Hong Kong composer Daniel Lo's Autumn Rhythm, inspired by a painting by Jackson Pollock.
