What's On

Take a break from the year-end rush and join us for an insightful visit to Independent Commission Against Corruption’s (ICAC) Headquarters on 12 December – this time with a focus on the ICAC’s soon-to-be-launched Integrity Compliance Management System (ICMS).

Building on the strong interest from our August visit, this session will spotlight ICMS – a new, comprehensive integrity management framework applicable to all companies in the private sector.  Highlighted in the HKEX’s “Corporate Governance Guide for Boards and Directors” for listed issuers’ adoption, ICMS enhances your organization’s integrity management and corruption prevention capabilities as well as governance.

In addition to these insights, members will enjoy a tour of ICAC’s Exhibition Hall, showcasing the Commission’s history and commitment to fighting corruption, followed by a short stop at Café 1974 — a unique space featuring the signature "ICAC Coffee" along with display of real case exhibits, investigation tools, etc. (Please note: drinks are not included.)

This visit provides fresh perspectives on ICAC’s anti-corruption strategy model and demonstrates how it underpins Hong Kong’s global reputation for its clear business environment and ethical business practices.
