HKGCC’s Women Executives Club (WEC) is proud to join hands with the Society for Community Organization (SoCO) for a heartfelt Mid-Autumn initiative: delivering mooncakes to underprivileged families, elderly individuals living alone and children in need across Hong Kong. We warmly invite members to be part of this meaningful act of kindness and help us spread festive cheer in our community.

SoCO is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of underprivileged communities in Hong Kong. Since it was established in 1972, SoCO has been committed to improving the lives of families, elderly individuals and children living in poverty by providing essential support, resources and advocacy.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Airwallex, Lady M, Maxim’s Group, Shuk Tak Holdings and Yue Hwa Chinese Products Emporium Ltd for their generous contributions, helping bring warmth, care and smiles to those who need it most.

Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
