The China Import and Export Fair, commonly known as the Canton Fair, is China's most historic trade event, showcasing an immense variety of products and attracting the highest number of attendees. With the increasing popularity and participation in the Canton Fair each year, it has become the primary platform for international trade, showcasing a wide range of product samples from various industries and attracting buyers, visitors and sellers from all over the world.

Organized by the China Foreign Trade Centre, the 137th Canton Fair will take place from 15 April to 5 May, divided into various phases. The first phase will focus on five key sectors: Electronics & Appliances, Manufacturing, Vehicles & Two-Wheelers, Lighting & Electrical and Hardware, featuring over 30,000 exhibitors.

To help members seek business opportunities, the Small & Medium Enterprise Committee will organize a delegation to the Canton Fair on 15 April. All applications should be submitted by 7 April.

Notes	- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 5 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
