Horace Ma, Head of Public Mission - Cybersecurity, Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited

Horace Ma has 18 years of expertise in Technology Risk, Fintech, and Cybersecurity, gained across multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations, and startups.
 

Currently steering efforts to enhance Hong Kong’s internet ecosystem security, he champions inclusive and innovative security solutions to support local enterprises in different industries. Horace also has a proven track record at Global Exchanges, Financial Institutions, and Global Consultancies. 

Horace holds the following professional qualifications:

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) – ISACA
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) – ISACA
Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute, PMI

Ricky Tsui, Chief Inspector of Police, Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau, Hong Kong Police Force

Ricky is a seasoned crime detective working in the field of cybersecurity, bringing front-line investigative rigor to the digital domain. With years of experience solving complex criminal cases, he transitioned in 2023 to the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau handling cyber-dependent crime, incident response, and overseeing the cybersecurity posture of local critical infrastructures.  

In this seminar, Ricky will share practical observations about Hong Kong’s evolving cybersecurity landscape, what threats are most common, how they unfold, and simple steps leaders can take to prepare. Real cases are shared and turned into lessons that help organizations make better decisions, respond confidently, and strengthen everyday resilience.

Notes - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $50 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
