Recently, he has been leading the market transformation of UCaaS and modern workplace through A.I. automation, integrating the latest technologies to help customers leapfrog operational efficiency without investing huge in-house IT resources.

Luke Chu has over twenty years of experience in the Internet industry, managing technology research and development, digital solution, and interactive marketing in the Greater China region. His former roles include the system development in PCCW Media, the Research and Development Division at Acer Computer, and the Financial Analysis at DBS Bank. As an expert in search engine, digital map, and e-commerce, he is currently overseeing digital marketing, project management, and product development. He has also executed projects for multiple government departments and large enterprises, leading teams to receive numerous accolades and industry recognition. Additionally, he has been invited to speak and participate in industry exchanges in various locations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, and Taiwan, and has trained over a thousand students across different regions in Asia.
