HKGCC Business-School Partnership Programme
The Business-School Partnership Programme, launched by the Chamber over two decades ago, is dedicated to bridging the gap between Hong Kong’s business community and secondary schools. This initiative offers students invaluable insights into the corporate world, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate their careers.
Each participating institution is paired with a company through this programme, allowing students to explore business operations, career paths and entry requirements firsthand. Activities such as company visits, leadership talks, interview workshops and job-shadowing create immersive experiences that enhance students’ understanding of companies' functions. By engaging directly with industry professionals, students receive essential guidance in making informed career choices, inspiring them to become the next generation of business leaders.
For our 24th edition this year, we are thrilled to expand the programme to include the Greater Bay Area (GBA). This exciting development will foster exchanges between local businesses and secondary schools in the Mainland, enriching the learning experience and broadening students’ horizons. Participants will gain a more comprehensive perspective on the dynamic business landscape by connecting with a broader network of professionals and peers.
This programme benefits students and strengthens the ties between businesses and educational institutions, creating a collaborative environment that promotes growth and innovation. Together, we nurture future leaders prepared to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
