Professor Cathy Hsu, Principal Investigator and Chair Professor of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, gave a seminar titled “TOUROMETER: A Social Listening Tool for Policy and Business Strategies” on 4 July.  

Developed by Hsu and her team, TOUROMETER is an innovative online platform that can address the challenges and opportunities policymakers and businesses face in acquiring and utilizing public opinions.

After the presentation, members engaged in an interesting Q&A session and discussed how companies can effectively leverage the platform to achieve their operational goals.
