At an engaging seminar organized by the Women Executives Club on 14 June, Caroline McNally, Executive Partner of Gall, shared her insights and expertise on various aspects of family law. Moderated by WEC Vice Chairman Christabel Lee, the seminar covered a range of interesting topics – among them the legality of pre- and post- nuptial contracts and custody agreement, how a gift or an inheritance from parents is viewed in the event of divorce, and the unique challenges faced by expatriate families in Hong Kong. The presentation gave members plenty to talk about as they mingled over canapés and drinks at the networking session afterwards.
