Agility and Innovation to Survive in Crisis - Turning Adversity into Opportunity
The Chamber’s Young Executives Club organized an insightful webinar on 5 February on how businesses can cope amid challenging times, such as the current pandemic situation. Edwin Lee, Founder and CEO of Bridgeway Prime Shop Fund Management Ltd, and Andy Ann, Chairman and CEO of NDN Group, shared their own business journeys and the difficulties they had overcome. They said that great courage and steadfast dedication were the keys to building successful businesses. Then Tiffany Choi, Researcher at Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, shared her experience of dealing with the current unusual circumstances as a young professional. She said that adaptability and responding to the changing environment were crucial to cope with the challenges.
