Reinventing Customer Journey through AI
The Covid-19 pandemic has further propelled the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) as a means to overcome service delivery disruptions brought about by lockdowns and social distancing measures. Circle Yuen, Operation Manager at Xiaoi Robot Technology (H.K.), spoke about post-Covid-19 customer service trends and the potential of AI in optimizing customer experience at a webinar on 26 August. She suggested that companies could leverage on technology to strike a balance between cost control and business growth, especially in times of uncertainty.
