Albert Lau, Senior Solutions Architect at Alibaba Cloud -- the technology arm of Alibaba Group -- shared his views on the recent trends in e-commerce, as well as how cloud technologies can facilitate the process of digital transformation, at a seminar on 29 June. He also shared some tips on how businesses stand out in today’s rapidly growing e-commerce landscape, which included establishing an online presence and enhancing usability and customer engagement.
