Flying Start – In the Words of Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs from seven start-ups and social enterprises -- 9GAG, En-trak, Qupital, DoctorNow Needs, Rooftop Republic, Sharing Kitchen HK and Teach4HK -- shared their experiences of starting a business at a HKCSI X YEC Forum on 11 May. They also shed some light on the obstacles they had encountered in their entrepreneurship journey. Several of the speakers discussed how their innovative business models not only attracted investment, but also helped to tackle social issues. The Fourm was followed by a networking reception where participants had the opportunity to chat with ths new breed of entrepreneurs.
