Lavine Hemlani, Founder & CEO of Xeccelerate spoke on key challenges faced by companies arising from the global tech skills gap which creates a talent bottleneck at a Chamber roundtable luncheon on 5 December. He also provided some practical tips on attracting and retaining tech talent to cope with the stifling HR difficulties, especially regarding current hiring practices, end-to-end talent strategy, effective recruitment model and the importance of brand building as well as the working culture.
