YEC x WEC Workout Session #2
Rain didn’t stop play for the Chamber’s second workout session on 30 August with Johnny Tieu, elite racer and Global Ambassador for the Spartan Race. Members instead made use of HKGCC’s spacious conference room as Johnny put everyone through their paces with a fun and challenging range of high intensity and strength-building exercises.
