Past Events

On 14 December, members enjoyed a guided tour of the Future FoodTech Lab – Hong Kong’s first FoodTech prototype display platform – at the Hong Kong Productivity Council where they learned about the benefits of advanced food processing technologies in such as aspects as improving production capacity and prolonging the shelf life of perishables. Members were also given the opportunity of visiting a number of showcases that had recently debut at HKPC. These included the TechEd Playground and Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, which were aimed respectively at promoting STEAM education and intelligent manufacturing in Hong Kong.
