World Women Entreprenuers Forum
Around the world, women entrepreneurs are breaking barriers, leading innovation, and driving inclusive growth in every sector—from technology and agriculture to education and creative industries. Despite these remarkable achievements, women continue to face disproportionate challenges rooted in structural inequalities. Limited access to finance, exclusion from networks of power and capital, and persistent socio-cultural norms hinder the full realization of their entrepreneurial potential.
It is with this awareness and urgency that Mongolia reaffirms its commitment to gender equality and women's empowerment, in full alignment with Sustainable Development Goal 5. Rooted in a rich nomadic tradition where strength, dignity, and adaptability ahve long defined Mongolian women, our nation is proud to host the World Women Entreprenuers Forum under the esteemed auspices of H.E. Mr Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, President of Mongolia, on 25-26 Augst 2025, in Ulaanbaatar.
The World Women Entrepreneurs Forum (WWEF) emerges in response to this urgent need—to not only celebrate the progress made, but to challenge the systems that limit it. Held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, under the theme Inspire, Impact, Invest, the Forum will serve as a global platform to uplift women entrepreneurs by fostering connection, capacity, and capital. It will bring together leaders, changemakers, investors, and advocates to co-create an ecosystem where womenled businesses thrive and transform economies.
Mongolia, with its rich heritage of powerful women figures and longstanding commitment to gender equality, provides a fitting setting for this global dialogue. WWEF seeks to be more than an event—it aims to be a movement toward a world where women’s entrepreneurship is not the exception, but the norm.
