As pointed outin our previous submissions, the Chamber is of the view that the Competition Bill lacks definitions for some of the key terms, which will create huge uncertainties for businesses and the public. In the enclosed paper prepared by the Chamber we have highlighted the key problematic areas and provided suggestions on how the problems could be resolved. We hope that this will be useful reference as the Bills Committee scrutinizes the “Interpretation” section (Part 1, Section 2) of the Bill.
