As requested, I attach a short paper describing the Chamber's views.The paper is based on the Chamber's ongoing engagement with the business sector regarding liberalisation of trade and investment. Part of these comments have been drawn from an earlier study by the Chamber's service policy think-tank the Hong Kong Coalition of Service Industries on the negotiations under the WTO's General Agreement on Trade in Services.I hope you will find the paper useful.
