| Duties |
Research:
• Monitoring and analysing media coverage
• Generating reports on top issues and industry trends
Copy-writing and translation:
• Drafting and editing communications (e.g. news release, backgrounder, fact sheet, newsletter article, etc.)
• Translating communications materials (English - Traditional Chinese)
Media / influencers relations:
• Building and maintaining Lifestyle media, key opinion leaders and influencers database
Team Administration Tasks:
• Developing quantitative and qualitative reports
• Filing and archiving
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings
• Handling Office and/ or event logistics

| Other Requirements |
• University degree in any discipline. Major in Communications or related discipline is a plus
• Prior experience working as a Public Relations or Communications intern is preferred
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Language Skills:
- Proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
- Ability to write in Traditional Chinese is required.
- Good spoken and written English skills are necessary.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (Simplified Chinese).
• Ability to work independently, in a team and under pressure
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, spoken and written
• Ability to handle and process detailed information
• Multimedia literacy
