The Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead our IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This pivotal role will ensure the seamless operation of our technology systems while aligning IT goals with our mission to enhance member services and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead IT Strategy & Digital Transformation: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals. Drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and member engagement. - Oversee IT Operations & Security: Manage IT infrastructure, budgets, and vendors. Ensure system reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. - Deliver IT Projects & System Optimization: Oversee end-to-end IT projects (ERP, CRM, cloud migration) and streamline business processes through automation and integration. - Drive Team Leadership: Mentor IT teams, foster a culture of innovation, and align staff development with emerging technologies.

Other Requirements |
Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 8-10 years of IT management experience, including 3-5 years in leadership roles. - Experience in non-profit/membership organizations is advantageous. Technical Skills: - Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SDLC, and ERP/CRM systems. - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT procurement processes. Leadership Skills: - Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and communicate with stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning IT with business goals. Certifications (Preferred): -PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or cloud certifications.
Experience & Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role - Experience in a membership-based or non-profit organization is a plus - Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are desirable.
