Job Summary:
The Senior Manager will spearhead member acquisition, retention, corporate partnerships, and revenue growth through strategic business development. This role requires a results-driven leader to design high-impact outreach campaigns, forge alliances, and oversee pipeline management while mentoring a sales-focused team.

•Experience: 10+ years in business development, sales, or membership-driven roles (chamber, NGO, or corporate).
•Track Record: Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets (membership, sponsorships, or partnerships).
•Skills: Expertise in CRM pipeline management, cold outreach, and proposal customization. Strong leadership and stakeholder negotiation skills.
•Network: Established connections with Hong Kong’s corporate and SME ecosystems.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
•Languages: Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin highly advantageous.
