Job Title	Director, Events and Membership
Duties	- To provide leadership and direction to the membership team to effectively execute membership development programs, business services and CRM management; - To collaborate with different divisions and business units to drive for membership development; - To initiate and launch signature events, campaigns and programs so as to reinforce the Chamber presence among local, Mainland and International business communities; and - To identify and capitalize on diverse business opportunities to expand Chamber revenue stream.

Required Education	Degree
Other Requirements	- University degree in business, marketing, corporate communications or relevant discipline; - At least 20 years?experience, 10 of which in a senior management position in a sizable organization; - Proven track record in marketing, event management and business development; - Strong skills in team management, influencing, and communications; - Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
