Assistant Manager, Training & Membership Services |
| Duties |
- To assist the division head in executing a wide range of membership services, particularly training programs to facilitate talent development;
- To coordinate and negotiate program details with training partners, promote training courses and workshops to target audience, boost event attendance and provide on-site support;
- To manage supporting services to membership, i.e. advertisement sales of The Bulletin, develop marketing campaigns to identify, solicit and acquire advertising clients, and follow up sales orders;
- To manage associate membership categories, conduct visits to potential and new members, monitor and evaluate their needs and satisfaction level; and
- To support secretariat functions to the Women Executives Club and execute its projects and events.

| Other Requirements |
- Degree holder in business administration, marketing or relevant discipline;
- At least 4 years?experience in the training and/or advertising fields in sizeable multi-national companies or membership-based organizations;
- Self-motivated with good business acumen and detailed-oriented mindset;
- Outstanding communication, social and interpersonal skills;
- Be a team player to manage and accomplish tasks;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
- Good knowledge in CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft office applications.
