| Duties |
• Responsible for AutoCAD drawings;
• Preparation of schematic design, plans for statutory submissions, detail drawings and project deliverables in accordance with government’s codes, practice notes, design manuals and guidelines;
• Coordination with project team for revisions of drawings; and
• Assisting to deliver 3D renderings of designs is an advantage.

| Other Requirements |
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in architectural studies;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural, consultants or contractors firms;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign;
• Knowledge in Rhino and Revit is an advantage;
• Self-motivated, work well under tight deadlines, and willing to work overtime when necessary; and
• Immediate availability / short term notice is highly preferable.
Successful candidates will participate in local residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and recreational projects, as well as design competitions and community engagement projects.
