Corporate Services Officer / Assistant |
| Duties |
Carry out all aspects of corporate services including company secretarial duties, corporate governance and compliance functions; the preparation of annual returns, notices for AGM/GM, annual / interim reports, minutes, resolutions, announcements and circulars
Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings
Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
Handle and follow up clients’ inquiries
Liaise with external regulators, advisers and authorities for all corporate services matters
Assist in ad-hoc projects and corporate matters assigned from time to time |

A bachelor degree in related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
Student member of HKICS and/or ICSA is preferable but not essential
2-3 years working experience (company secretarial / business field is preferred)
Good written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
Responsible, independent, self-motivated, detail oriented and a good team player
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Services Assistant
Immediately available is an advantage
