Job Title	Director/Assistant Director, Policy & Research
Duties	- Senior role directly reported to the CEO; - Oversee a full division of secretariat functions for supporting policy/ industry committees and the associated working groups; - Lead and guide the research agenda for the Chamber on business policy directions and initiatives; - Direct and coordinate business policy submissions to the government and other policy papers for the Chamber, including the Annual Budget, - Policy Address submissions...etc.; and - Communicate business policy to a wide audience via different channels to ensure Chamber's views are well represented.

Other Requirements	- Post-graduate degree in public policy or research-oriented discipline; - At least 10 years of relevant working experience at senior level in the business, government, academic or think tank sectors; - Deep understanding in government policies & directions and issues across the government and business sectors in Hong Kong or China; - Strong analytical and presentation skills in preparing complex submissions and reports; - Proven leadership skills and a good communicator who can effectively engage diverse stakeholders; and - Excellent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is required.
