Membership Trainee (1 year contract) |
Duties |
- To coordinate events, special campaigns and other membership-driven initiatives; - To facilitate the production of marketing materials including brochures and souvenirs; - To handle and follow up on membership-related enquiries, applications and renewals; - To proactively meet with potential and new members to promote the Chamber as well as fostering relationship; - To carry out clerical and resources management functions including database maintenance; - To support overall administrative work of Membership Department; - To support Receptionist duties occasionally; - To work and coordinate with other divisions in the Chamber, and perform other duties as required by the supervisors, where necessary.

Other Requirements |
- University graduate; - Good spoken/written English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a MUST; - Previous work experience on event coordination/ administration preferred; - Good communications, organization and interpersonal skills; and be flexible, able to work under pressure, meticulous, a team player and highly customer-oriented with good initiatives and common sense.
