Job Title Customer Services Associate
Duties - 2 years renewable contract
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Screen certification-related applications including
- Certificates of Origin and Trade Declarations.
- Collect payments over counter.
- Input data in Chinese and English.
- Prepare operation reports.
- Provide general administrative and logistic support as required.
Monthly Salary Negotiable

Work Experience 3 year(s)
Other Requirements - Matriculated or above.
- 3 years working experience in which 1 year in customer services.
- Preferably with knowledge in trade documents.
- Good customer service attitude with high degree of integrity.
- Responsible, pleasant, self-motivated, and be able to work overtime and under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. .
- Fast and accurate typing (English and Chinese).
- Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
