2022 HKGCC Annual General Meeting

CIRCULAR TO ALL PRIMARY COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES

The Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, 13 May 2022. Depending on the pandemic situation, we will circulate details nearer the time.

Six members of the General Committee are required to retire this year, and four of them may stand for re-election if they wish:

Ronald LEE, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC
David T C LIE, Chairman, Newpower International (Holdings) Co Ltd
Douglas Chun Kuen WOO, Chairman & Managing Director, Wheelock and Co Ltd
Emil Chen On YU, General Manager, Keystone Electric Wire & Cable Co Ltd

The AGM Agenda will be circulated in April. Any Chamber member intending to stand for election to the General Committee should submit a completed nomination form to the Chamber CEO on or before 19 April 2022.
