2019 HKGCC Annual General Meeting

CIRCULAR TO ALL PRIMARY COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES

The Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, 31 May 2019, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Meeting Room N101. A cocktail reception and registration of members will start at 5:00 p.m.

Six members of the General Committee are required to retire this year, and may stand for re-election if they wish:

John R SLOSAR, Chairman, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd
Leland L SUN, Managing Director, Pan Asian Mortgage Co Ltd
Peter WONG, Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited
Edmond Kwok Yin YUE, Director, Wo Hing Construction Co Ltd
Betty YUEN, Vice Chairman, CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd

The AGM Agenda will be circulated in May by post. Any Chamber member intending to stand for election to the General Committee should submit a completed nomination form to the Chamber on or before 7 May 2019.
