The controlling shareholder of China CITIC Bank International Limited (the “Bank” or “CNCBI”) is China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited (“CNCB”). CNCB, via its wholly-owned subsidiary CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited, owns a 75% stake of the Bank.
