Selina Kam, Senior Talent Development Consultant

Selina Kam is a seasoned corporate trainer, lecturer, and talent development consultant in the Asia-Pacific region. Over her 25+ year career, she has delivered professional training and executive coaching to over 40,000 corporate leaders and senior executives across more than 133 enterprises and organizations in Asia. She has held managerial roles in various multinational corporations, including global banks and institutions. During her tenure as Corporate HR Director, Head of Learning and Development, and in related roles, she developed succession plans, talent development strategies, career coaching programmes, and a wide range of leadership, management, sales, and service workshops for listed companies. In 2007, she received the "Distinguished Trainer Award" from the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and was invited by a top-tier state-owned enterprise to train its internal trainer team.

Ms Kam has extensive experience and deep insights in managing multigenerational teams and talent. Her perspectives on topics such as "How to Attract the Younger Generation (Generations Y and Z)" and "Cross-Generational Collaboration" have been featured in interviews with the Hong Kong Economic Times and Oriental Daily News. She has also been interviewed by the South China Morning Post on customer experience management. She is now frequently invited by corporate and non-profit organizations as a keynote speaker on these subjects. Passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture and talent development, she provides leadership, workplace soft skills, and sales and service excellence training through her consulting and training services.

In terms of professional certifications, Ms Kam holds certifications in HOGAN, SLII®, MBTI, and PPA (DISC), and is a certified NLP Practitioner and CFP®. She is currently a doctoral candidate and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) at the University of Cambridge. Known for her deep insights, dynamic engagement, and pragmatic training style, Ms Kam is able to inspire participants to develop practical, actionable plans to enhance workplace efficiency and advance their careers.

Notes

- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons.

- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
- The Chamber reserves the right to take photos and/or video recordings during the event. By attending, participants agree to the Chamber doing so, and that the Chamber may use such materials for archival, publicity, and marketing purposes.
- Participants agree to indemnify the Chamber and the hosting party all liabilities for property damage, physical injury or death in relation to this event. Participants are advised to take their own insurance against all risks.
